feeder plays in one of the zone 2.
players try to get to zone 3 while the opposition try to stop in getting through.if they get through to zone 3 they attempt get to the striker in zone 1. if it gets to zone 1 the striker tries to score before the defender retreats to zone 1 to stop the goal, (defender can only go in zone 1 if the ball is in there)
if the opposition win the ball they can attempt to move through the zones to score
if a goal is scored or if the ball goes out of play the feeder opposite to the feeder who passed into play passes the ball into zone 2 next to them
