Focusing on the movement and run of the CF - Initial movement to the back post then darts across to the front post
Coaching Points:- Ball speed
- Movement off the cones to receive the ball
- Quality of cross
- Communication
- CF movement in the box

Coaching Points:
- Communication between front 2 - front post, back post, pull back
- Crosser having a picture of what is in the box before he crosses
- 2nd coach serves a 2nd ball for the CF who didnt shoot each rep.
This serve can be thrown in for a header/volley or bounced in so it's harder to control

Same pattern are previous 2, this time an extra player attacks the box, this will be the CM who doesn't play the first pass
Also add 2 CBs into the session now but still a 3v2 overload for the attackers, the CBs are not allowed to move outside of the posts
Could add FBs who's job is to put pressure on the crossing player
Coaching Points:
- Communication of the attacking 3
- More emphasis on the crosser as there are now defenders.

SSG
18 Players 9v9
RED set up in a 433 without the FB's (2-3-3)
BLUE set up in a 4231 without the WF's (4-2-1-1)
2x5 min blocks - Taper the pitch off for the 2nd block
Rules:
RED wide players are locked in the wide channels, RED can only pass to them with the intention of a 3rd man run. As the ball goes into the wide zone, the opposite wide player can attack the box and support the attack aswell as a player making a 3rd man run into the box
When ever the ball goes wide RED should have 4 players attacking the box
When the ball goes out wide the BLUE FB can engage in the wide area.
When BLUE win the ball back their aim is to use the overload they have and attack the goal direct with pace
The logic behind the pass to the WF having to be a third man run, is to try and get the players to start recognising triggers from them to start making forward runs.
IF it is just a square pass each time, they will be static, so the third man run allows them to try and time these movements.
