SET UP: Players dribble from centre square to a blue cone, produce a fake move, go past the cone and dribble back to centre square. Stop ball, find a new ball, produce a fake move and accerlerate out.
KEY POINTS: Speed of skill, what foot to use - if go to the right of the cone work of right foot etc
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS: Add a roaming defender

SET UP: Cones are now turned into gates with a defender in each who can only move sideways. Attackers must stop the ball before the gate and try to create a gap to get through be using fake moves to move the defender. If defender wins the ball they dribble it back to centre square
KEY POINTS: Attacker or ball must always be moving to off balance defender, attack the gap using the correct foot. Don't push your attacking touch too far in front of you - keep it in playing distance.
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS: Attack the defender and do your fake moves as you're travelling forward.

SET UP: Small sided games, 2v2, only 1 attacker allowed in opposition half, other player must stand on halfway line when ball is in opposition half. Can only cross over to the other half by producing a fake move.
KEY POINTS: Identify space and where you want to move the defender. Attack at speed, correct distance away from defender.
