Set up:
-Make a 60 x 40 grid
-mark off with cones 2 equal end zones
Organization:
6 v 6 in the middle zone with keepers. Attacking team must make a penetrating dribble or pass into the end zone before shooting on goal. Defending team cannot enter their end zone until the ball crosses the line. After the zone is penetrated both teams may enter end zone.
Coaching Points:
-good supporting angles
-get behind first line of pressure
-quick ball movement to move defenders opening gaps
-make space as big as possible(depth,width)
-communication(verbal,non-verbal)
Progressions:
1. must penetrate end zone in 8 passes
2. must penetrate end zone in 6 passes
3. 2 touch

Organization:
Two grids with 3 v 3 + 1(neutral) directional to end zones. Teams must dribble into end zone for 1 point or pass into end zone for 2 points. Teams look to penetrate to opposite side with good ball movement by using neutral player. Important to look forward and get behind first line of pressure. Movement after pressure is key in getting behind defenders.
Coaching Points:
- good supporting angles
- get behind first line of pressure
- movement off the ball looking for gaps
- patience
- body shape when receiving
- quick ball movement to move defenders to open gaps
- as ball is travelling look to see if we can pass forward(anticipation)
- make space as big as possible
