Balance: (10 min)
Organization: Pair up with a ball. One players hold the ball the other stand opposite side.
Procedure: player without the ball practice balance with single foot R/L by kick the ball with different surface of foot from partner.

Warm up Phase 2: (20min)
Organization: Set up 20x30 area at final third with the big goal. Split players two team. Defending and attacking. 2mini goals each side.
Procedure: one attacking team serve the ball to other 2 attacker to try to score the big goal. When the ball being play 2 defender step out to pressure and cover in situation 2v2 in final third. If defender win the ball they look to counter attack mini goal. Play for 7 min then change role.
Progression: Server can join attacking teams to make 3v2 situation
Coaching points: Speed and angle to force attacker to cover or small area. Good angle and distance. 2nd defender keep attacker in view. Communication to 1st attacker.

Conditioned Game 2v2 transitions (25min)
Organization: Set up 30x45yds grid with 2 big goal. Split team Attacker and defender. Starting points same as diagram
Procedure: Two Yellow players (Attacking server) play across and passes the ball to other attacker who seek to attack and score in to the goal. if defender or GK re-gain the ball they attempt to play to Orange target players who give the ball to Yellow to repeat the drills.
Progression: If defender manage to passes the ball to target players, they have to turn to attacking the other goals whiles 2 server become defender try to defend the goal.
Coaching points: Trigger to press - when the ball Travelling -bad pass –head down
1st defender apply pressure. 2nd defender provide cover space and goal side. Communication from 2nd defender to 1st to show attacker. Patient make attacker under control. Not drive in be cool and alert decision to tackle with confident.

Small side the game 4v4 with GK (25min)
Organization: Set up 30x45yds grids with 2 big goal. split players 3 teams of 4 and 2 gk split to each goals.
Procedure: play 4v4 practice starts from GK. Any team score two goals in a row they stay on whiles losing team running off the pitch.
Coaching points: 1st Defender pressure 2nd defender cover space work as unit. Speed and angle to approach. Ability to change role drop or press high. Be cool and patient look for the right moment to win the ball and good transitions to attack once re-gain possession.

Shooting: (10min)
Organization: 2 set up as diagram with big goal. Plenty of ball in the middle.
Procedure: player got 2 chances each.
1>First touch away from last defender to take a shot.
2>Move to other cone receive through passes to take a shot.
Then rotation to be server.

Procedure: one team starts with the ball by using hand to passes the ball around whiles defending team look to tag players with the ball. If defending team manage to tag 3 time. Then change role.
Coaching points: nearest defender try to get closing down players with the ball. 2nd defender cover and protect space.
