SetUp
Double penalty area or slightly larger
Organization
Player A starts with the ball and passes to player B. Once he receives the ball player B takes a positive 1st touch and attacks the goal. The black defender moves out to create a 1v1. If the defender wins the ball they pass it to either player at position A.

Coaching Points
- Positive first touch out of your feet to start accelerating quickly
- Approach the defender head on
- Close control when approaching the defender, little touches

SetUp
Double penalty area or slightly larger
Organization
Player A starts with the ball and passes to player B. As the ball is travelling player C loses his marker and checks into space. Player B passes to C to create a 1v1 to goal. If the defender wins the ball they pass it to either player at position A.
Progressions
1) C can play back B to create a 2v1 to Goal
2) If C passes back to B, a second defender can join to make a 2v2 to Goal
Coaching Points
- Timing & movment to the ball
- Use a counter movement to create space
- If defender is tight try to roll/spin them
- If defender drops off, try to turn quickly to face the goal
- If the ball is passed back B should take a positive touch and attack the space at speed
- Change Pace - Quick, explosive actions

3v3 in the area. Player A starts with the ball and passes to player B. Player B passes into one of the attackers and joins in to make a 4v3 to goal.
Progressions
1) Add a 2nd goal to include offensive/defensive transitions
Coaching Points
- Timing & movment to or away the ball
- Use a counter movement to create space
- If defender is tight try to roll/spin them
- If defender drops off, try to turn and face the goal quickly
- Should always look to take a positive touch and attack space at speed
- Change Pace - Quick, explosive actions
