  • Reps: 5each side, Sets: 2, Rest: 45-60s between reps, 3 mins between sets.
  • Side shuffle from marker to the other, stop, and shuffle back facing the same direction.
  • Stay low, shuffle without touching heels together.
  • Push hard into the ground with outside leg.
  • Max effort on each rep

  • Use the penalty arc of a football pitch, or mark out a length of 20 yards, and create a gentle arc from end to the other as in the picture.
  • Reps: 5each side, Sets: 2, Rest: 45-60s between reps, 3 mins between sets.
  • Sprint hard, maximum effort on each rep. 
  • Stay as close to the outside of the arc as possible. 
  • Finish one rep, rest, and run back in the opposite direction.
