2v1 Baseline

2v1 Continuous on Right Baseline (No back swings)

Objective: Creating goalscoring opportunity from the baseline 2v1 (can do left or right side)

  • Red attacks the main goal and tries to score. If Yellow wins the ball, the yellow player tries to outlet to her teammates or posses over the sideline/endline. Red can try and win the ball back.
  • As soon as the ball is out of play, the yellow team attacks the opposite goal - a new red defender comes on the field.
  • To make it a 3v1, the defender stays and transitions to attack. To make it a 3v2, send 2 defenders out, when defense wins the ball, they outlet to 1 additional attacker, that attacker joins the 2 defenders.
