The blue team maintains possession in their own five zone area while two yellow defenders move into the palying area. At this point the game becomes 5 vs. 2. The blue team maintains possession for as long as possible. Once the red team wins possession, they play across to their team and two players move across to defend.

The game is 5 vs 2 inside the middle playing area.

If needed the yellow can pass back to GK2 to maintain possession, but this pass does not cout toward the five required passes. After five passes are made they yellow team attacks GK1 playing 5 vs 5. At any point if the defending team gain possesion they pass back to their goalkeepr and the teams change roles.
Coaching Points:
-Players receive the pass across their body in order to see the entire playing area.
-Regardless of movement, players should always be looking toward the center of the area and in a sideways on position.
-In order to maintain possession it is best to always play at angles.
-Once the attacking team connects five passes, attack at speed to take advantage.
