EXPLANATION: Players 1 & 2 start either side of the line of cones & one in front of line & other behind.1 moves to the right & 2 to the left doing small steps sideways.When they get to the end of the line they receive a pass from players A & B, return the pass them go opposite direction to do the same, Runs for 2 minutes then 1 & 2 change positions with A & B
