Technical 1
The players are split into pairs, each pair with a ball. The pairs will keep score of their number of consecutive passes. If the ball breaks down or the condition placed on the game is not followed the players start from zero, but must keep their highest score.
1. The first play will be for the pairs to keep the ball in the air allowing for one bounce between each pass. Players are allowed as many touches as is needed.
2. The next play will be the same however a maximum of 2 touch is no applied
3. For the second adaption, the ball is not allowed to touch the floor with a maximum of 2 touch.
4. Finally players can only take one touch each and the ball is not allowed to bounce.
This drill is to prepare players for the main technical where they will work on controlling the ball.
