Set Up - The field is split into 4 with two end zones. The team in possession attempts to play to their teammates. Once in the central area, try to play a through ball into the EZ.
Coaching Points
- Make runs from deep and wide positions, make runs between players
- Play the pass in front of the receiver, into their path.

Set Up - Wave attack, the back four play no deeper than the offside line. The attacking team are trying to play through the defence to goal. The forward pass must be between two players.

- Straight runs, diagonal passes. Diagonal runs, straight passes.

Set-Up - Attack v Defence. Open play, keep the ball and look for gaps in the defence to make runs and passes. Shots from a split pass are worth 3 goals.
