This activity begins with distribution from the GK that leads to a 2v1 attack. If the team of 2 scores, the next two will attack the next 1 defender.
However, if the defender wins the ball, or the opposing keeper makes a save, the blue wing players immediately get involved and break for a 3v2 counter attack. If the defender or keeper gets the ball from the attacking 2 players, they must penetrate their attacking half as quickly as possible to try to score a quick goal. The red team of two, must try to get back to defend their goal.
Coaching points:
Teamwork and communication are key
Counter as quickly as possible, and punish mistakes
