Defenders must clear the ball over the center grid to the opposite side
the 2 servers change positions with the defenders after their service - defenders must sprint forward after clearing the ball.
The 3rd team attempts to return the ball immediately to the opposite side over the center channel. Any ball that touches the ground = push ups for the defending team. - restart from central zone to the team that did push ups.
