Passing - Coconut challenge (15 mins)

Coconut Challenge

The Players line up behind the cones 5 yrds from targets, the target is 4 balls sitting on top of the dome cones.the coach stands behind the targets. The idea of the game is for the coach to serve the balls into the players and they have to knock the 4 balls off using a variation of skills.
