1) Player A moves forward quickly w/ ball supported by B & C;
2) 2 defenders retreat & play for time then try to shorten distance from player w/ ball;
3) Delay play to give teammates time to recover;
4) Centre back aim to place themselves in line w/ trailing player & apply press or player w/ the ball;
5) GK acts also as sweeper.

Area 20x20 / 25x25;
- Instructions:
. Pass ball to right then move to the left;
. Press / shut down player opposite to you;
1) Player A passes to his right then runs to his left;
2) Player B receives the ball from A;
3) The player opposite D shuts down & passes player B as close as he can;
4) Player B passes to his right to player C then gains back of line A;
Variation:
- Pass ramdonly (left or right);
Key Points:
. Angle of approach, defender to know where next pass is going;
. When passive angle of approach try to force play in central direction;
. Triggers.
