Description
- 2 balls per group
Players have to dribble through the cones then have a shot on goal.
Progression
- Dribble with right foot only
- Dribble with left foot only
- Inside of the foot only
- Outside of the foot only
- Sole of the foot only
- Have a bit of competition between the groups

- Players will dribble in the zone without going out of the zone, touching someone else ball and without touching the cones.
Progression
- Right foot dribble
- Left foot dribble
- Inside of the foot dribble
- Outside of the foot dribble
- Sole of the foot dribble
- Inside turn when they get to the cones.
- Outside turn when they get to the cones.
- Sole of the foot turn when they get to the cones.
