Small sided

Small Sided 7v7+1

In this small sided game, we gonna play a 7v7 plus a neutral player that must be used one one each half of the field.

For example, Yellow will use Neutral B to build up, and Neutral A on the last third. While blue will use Neutral A on their build up and Neutral B on the last third.

In this small sided, the goal is to have the +2 superiority, in different parts of the field. The bumper on the last thirds should act the same as Samuel did on Wednesday practice, being a link to create a 3rd man situation.

Coaching points:

- Focus on being efficient while advancing

-Try to keep as less touches as possible

- Notice how they are using the Last Third neutral, if it is to create a third man or to have numbers on a high possession situation.

-On the defensive transition, the team should decide if they counter-press or drop in the block.

Play two 15' Halves
