Organization:
-2 to 3 frields each measure 15 yards by 20 yards
-Diamond cone shape in middle of field representing defenders tackling radius
-one soccer ball
Instructions:
-Player 2 in middle checks backwards outside of diamond.
-Then comes forward towards player 1 with ball till they are outside of diamond area.
-As they are checking forward and calling for the ball the player 1 will pass ball.
-Player 2 takes ball with inside or outside of foot to spin ball away from diamond area
-Once they have turned they pass to player 3 in line and follow pass.
-Player 1 takes Spot in middle and whole rotation starts again
Coaching Points:
-Checking out of area sideways
-Checking shoulder as ball has been passed to see defenders movement
-Proper part of foot to spin away
-Inside of foot spin with the ball,
-Outside of foot spin away from ball
-No defender on try to turn right away

-Take away Diamond middle and add semi opposed defender
Instructions:
-Same as before
-Now defender adds semi pressure without stealing the ball
-Rotation:Player 1 becomes Defender, Defender becomes Player 2, Player 2 to Player 3

-Checking shoulder as ball has been passed to see defenders movement
-Proper part of foot to spin away
-Inside of foot spin with the ball,
-Outside of foot spin away from ball
-No defender on try to turn right away

Organization:
-Same as before
Instructions:
-Each field is a team
-One player is defender from each field from another team
-That defender stays defender for 1 minute
-Attackers try to score by getting the ball to the other side of their field through player 2
Rotation is the same.
-Defender can score by stealing the ball and passing back to where the ball started
Coaching Points:
-Checking out of area sideways
-Checking shoulder as ball has been passed to see defenders movement
-Proper part of foot to spin away
-Inside of foot spin with the ball,
-Outside of foot spin away from ball
-No defender on try to turn right away
Progressions:
-Defender has to wait to move till attacker gets ball
-Defender is free to move anywhere at any time
-Allow passing player to come on as a second attacker for a 2v1
