Functional practise - Movement off the ball, slowing down opposition and speeding off
Description: Players are split into two teams with one team with the ball in the air. The player with the ball in their hands is the only one allowed to tag an opposition player and get them out of the game. This encourages the players who dont want to get caught to move when the ball is moving as the ball travels, it creates new danger.
Players, key points:
1) Slow down defenders - Slow them down to speed them up
2) Movement - Make short and fast runs where players make 2 or 3 runs instead of 1 straight
