3 Box Recovery Game (15 mins)
3x 15x15 boxes (Can be reduced to 2 if numbers affect this). 2 defenders are placed in 2 boxes each (2 in 1 if numbers). The defending players attempt to win the ball as quickly as possible, upon winning the ball the tackling players each select a player to pass their bib to and those players must identify the box without a defence and press this area with a high tempo. The players who won the ball remain in this box.
