set up cones with exercies for each station.Put players into pairs. One works on the staion whilst the other jogs to the goal line and back. Once back they players swap roles. when both have completed move to next exercise staion and repeat until all players have completed all stations. 30 seconds on each excercise. Perform overall duration for about 20 mins with a few mins drinks break after each fully completed circuit.

Create 2 lines 20M apart with enough space to accomodate all players.
Equipment:Cones or flats
Objective:
Players perform 20 sprints over 20m (10 there, and 10 back) sprint all the way to the line, overshoot by 5m as you slow down, turn and walk to the line and sprint again and repeat.
