Organization:
- 10x15 yard grid, split in to three zones.
- Defenders placed in each zone
Instructions:
- Player 1 attempts to dribble through the middle zone of the gantlet without losing the ball.
- Player 2 in line takes off as soon as the player 1 enters the zone or is met by the defender.
- Attackers receive 1 point for every zone they can dribble through.
- If Defenders win the ball, they try and score on pug net to receive a point. If attacker loses the ball they can try and steal it back before it is scored. If the ball is scored, they grab their ball and head back to the starting point.
Coaching points:
- Attacking space / defender
- Recognition of body shape of defender
- Attack front foot if space is equal either side
- Timing of move
- Correct type of dribbling(Messi/Ronaldo)
Progression/Regression:
P - Make grid narrower or shorter or both.
P - Change shape of grid to Rhombus or Triangle
P - Increase distance of starting point
P - Allow defender to leave grid
R - Defender starts at furthest side of grid until attacker takes 1 or 2 touches.
R - Decrease distance of starting point, creating advantage for attacker at the start

Instructions:
Dribble into the endone to score a pt
Games played to 2pts
Waiting pair rotates on after 2pts are score
Coaching Points:
1- Identifying gaps in defense to penetrate
2- Identifying defenders position
3- Use body to shield ball / dribble with correct foot to protect ball

Organization:
Use available space
Create a perimeter/center zone
Instructions:
- Split players into two teams, every player starts with a ball
- One team will attack first while the other team will be taggers.
- Attackers must try to get from side to side as many times as they can without getting tagged.
- Taggers will try to tag as many people as they can on the shoulder, collecting a point each time they do.
- After "x" amount of time, add up the points, switch teams, and let the teams try opposite roles to see who collects the most points. x = coaches discretion of time based on ability/fitness.

Coaching Points:
- Heads up dribbling using all surfaces of both feet
- Recognizing and exploiting spaces to get through quickly and safely
- Recognizing when you need to unbalance a defender
- Several options on HOW to unbalance a defender
Progressions/Regressions:
P - Time limit for players when in the safe areas
P - Defenders can knock their ball into the attackers to get a point
R - Defenders have to dribble a specific way, slowing down their movements, allowing enough success for attackers.
R - Increase space, if available
