Session Objective: Warm-up with emphasis on moving ball quickly out of feet. B
Organisation:
Ball played by 1 and receiving player 2 moves ball quickly into space, takes another touch and then turns to play back to player 1.
Key Factors:
Know where space is to move ball
Check shoulder
First touch quickly out of feet

Session Objective: To defend to see out a game.
Organisation:
Three teams of five players.Game situation but one team is attacking,one in defensive box.Game lasts five minutes.
White team (attacking) play to score three goals in the allocated time.Emphasis on pressing to win ball and create chances.Yellow team have defensive box shape and have to stop White scoring.However,if Yellow manage to keep clean sheet for five minutes they win.If Yellow break away and score they win automatically.
Winning team stays on but change roles,i.e. attacking team if they score three become defensive team and so on.
Key Factors:
Defensively:
maintain shape
Keep discipline,keep ball if in possession
If counter attack on, break quickly but still leave security
Attacking:
Press to win ball back quickly
Quick interplay to change shape and create opportunities
Quality of finish

Organisation:
In pairs,one ball.Players will change to work with a different player periodically during session.
-Play ball to partner,who receives with sole,moves ball out of feet and returns.
Many variations of this involving various number of touches before return,turns,using both feet etc.
Then:
A - specific response.Player plays ball to partner and moves to either left or right.Receiver must take ball first touch in direction passer has moved.
B-Repeat but this time receiver moves in opposite direction to movement of passer.
C-if passer plays and moves towards player,player receives and moves backwards with ball.
D-if player passes and drops off,player receiving receives and moves forward.
Then various combinations of all four movements.Emphasis is that player receiving ball must be aware of movemnt of passer to react.
