Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-Grids of about 25x25
-Players split into 2 teams in each grid.
-Place two players of each team on either side of the grid with others on the inside.
Exercise:
-Players play 3v3 inside the grid.
-Team in possession aims to get the ball to a team mate on the outside.
-If they are succesful the person who played the pass to the outside player swaps places with that player and then they attempt to get the ball to the player on the opposite side.
-If opposition win the ball then they performa same exercise.
-Play 5 minute spelss and switch with other grids.
Key Points:
-If ball goes to a player in position 2 and players switch, they can go back to position 2 to retain the ball but do not switch with no score. Must go to opposite end for success.
-Score points for every succesful change of play.

Organisation:
-2 pitches across as illustrated above with scoring gates in each corner.
-Split players evenly into 4 teams.
Exercise:
-Play games of 10 minute spells.
-Get 3 points for goal past GK or 1 point for playing ball via a pass through scoring gates.
-Switch with players on other pitch.

Time: 10 Minutes
Organisation:
-6 stations all 10m spread apart minimun.
-Place players on stations 1 to 5 with excess at 1.
-All players at 1 have a ball apart from last player.
Exercise:
-Players pass in number order.
-After pass player must move to the station where they played their pass.
-Once ball at 5 that person runs with the ball around 6 and plays a pass to the last player in line at 1. 6 follows and 5 takes up 6's spot.
-Perform this for 3-4 minutes then switch 4 over to 6 and play: 1-3-2-6-5-around 4 to 1.
Key Points:
-Players move of at anglews from their stations.
-Players must call for the ball.
-Movement between the staions must be sharp and fast.
