Practice 1

Start by playing 3 vs 2 in zone 1. Striker starts in zone 3.

When ball is played to the‘false 9’ who comes short in zone 2. One red player joins to play two versus one and try to beat the defender to score over the line in zone 3

Game 1

Play starts with the goalkeeper. Using the two central defenders and the number 4, they play

a 4v2 to build up and play out from the back,.When available they play to the attacking half. blues win ball, they can score in big goal

Using the number 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 with the help of numbe r4 (who turns to face the other

way), they play a 6v4 where they look to verticalize on the no 9 who comes short for the ball.

When ball is played on the no 9, 7 and 11 make run behind the defenders while 8 and 10 come to offer the lay off from the number 9.
