-Play way they're facing when they receive in their defensive zone to allow team mates to rotate around their feet
-Option that doesn't receive first pass is setting themselves up in rotation of the next players feet (3rd man run)
-Emphasise forward thinking to offer options to player receiving pass, always look to outnumber opponent by 1+ player in each zone
-Check shoulder and get on half turn when possible, when not possible look to bounce back to create space for next player
Aims OP- Blues (Manage)
-Pressure, cover, balance
-Close off central passing lanes, force play to wide players
Technical outcomes:
-Receive across body, unless under pressure
-Firm and accurate passes
-1 touch passing when applicable

Team OP can also go anywhere

Building out the back through central channel
IP Focus: Creating & exploiting overloads
Physical load: MD-2
15 seconds moderate work/15 seconds recovery
10x Pattern unopposed
10x Pattern Passive pressure
-Game realistic AC/DC/COD off ball to create time and space to receive

1 half, use field dimensions in diagram to set cones up
1 big goal, 3 small goals (Replicating passing angles to 9's feet

Coaching points:
Emphasise forward thinking to offer options to player receiving pass, always look to outnumber opponent by 1+ player in each zone

Passing pattern 1:
1. 1 play to 4's feet
2. 4 plays to 2's feet, retreating into space
3. 2 plays back to 4's feet who has moved to find new passing angle
4. 4 plays split pass to 7 checking in from centre circle, 8 starts running under 7, 6 starts moving forward
5. 7 lays off to 8 underneath, 9 starts running across back line
6. 8 plays straight pass to wide channel, 9 makes diagonal run
7. 9 plays across to 6 to finish in small goal
Passing pattern 2:
1. 1 plays 5's feet
2. 5 plays 11 checking in for split
3. 6 moves under 11, 11 lays back for 6
4. 6 plays 3 through in wide channel, 10 starts to creep wide
