The Session
- Continuing from the drill, keep in the shape of a 442 diamons with 2 high and wide players.
- The ball is played from the GK, into the 4, the ball is then played through midfield and into the 10.
- The 10 looks to play a pass around the corner to the 11 or 9 to break the offside line and score.
- The 9 or 11 can be followed into the box by their respective defenders.
- If the blues win the ball challenge the reds to win the ball back within 7 seconds, keep possession and build another attack.

The Session
- The 5 reds keep possession using the 3 blues.
- the 5 reds must make 10 passes to score a goal. Once they have scored, the yellows replace them as the attacking team.
- However if the yellows win possession of the ball before reds make thier 10 passes, they then become the attacking team.
- Whoever the attacking team is, they must keep in shape as above to allow for all passing outcomes.
- If the attacking team fail to keep their corner players in the corner, then penalise them by becoming the defending team.
- Play always starts from a pass out of a corner
