Organization:
- 15x15 area (x4) set up as shown
- Cones/Poles/Goals set up as shown in each area
- 14 players split into two groups (5v2 x2)
- 1 ball per group (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- As per the last activity but now once Attackers score in zone they are in they can move into a new zone & continue the game. Groups can move back & forth as many times as they wish
- To start teams can only move from: A to D & B to C
- If Defenders win the ball they aim to stop the ball on any outside line & leave ball for attackers.
- Teams play for 2mins. After time is up switch defenders.
- After all players have been defenders whole group moves to the other side.

Organization:
- 35 x 35 area set up as shown
- 35 x 15 area with 2 mini goals attached as shown
- 8/10 players (4 Attackers & 4 Defenders)
- 1 Ball (additional on outside & with coach)
Instructions:
- Set players up into two teams & assign each member of team with a number 1-4
- Teams play directional SSG. Toscore teams must dribble through corner goals (poles/mini goals)
- Coach acts as server & during SSG play calls out number at random
- Players with that number must race out of SSG into 1v1 game - remaining players continue to play
- Once goal is scored or ball leaves play in 1v1 players return to SSG

- Awareness of Space & Surroudings: pick your head up!
- Reaction to number being called - get to ball quickly
Progressions:
P - Coach can call 2 numbers

Organization:
- 30 x 50 area
- 5 x 30 middle channel marked as shown
- 11 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defender, 2 Goalkeepers & 1 Neutral Player)
- 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- Teams play regular SSG but must have 2 players in defensive hald & 2 players in attacking half
- These players cannot leave the zone when their team is in possession of the ball
- Neutral player helps the team in possession & can move across between both halfs
- Team without the ball must drop one attacker into middle zone & one defender up into middle zone - thus creating a 2v1 & 1v2 situation in each half
- If middle players intercept the ball they can dribble/pass into attacking half & go for goal. Other players must return to defensive half.
- Attacking team (with aid of Neutral) aim to penertrate the defending middle zone players with a pass into attackers who play 2v1 to goal.
- If goal is scored, keeper saves the ball or it goes out of play middle players return to their side (2v2 in each zone)
- Defending team must always have two players in the middle zone. Quick Transition!
Coaching Points:
- Possession: change of speed & direction
- Circultate the ball: create gaps to penertrate
- Combination Play: use Neutral player to build the play out form the back
- Angles & Distances of support
- Awareness of Space & Surroudings: pick your head up!
- Attack at speed: take advantage of 2v1 situation
- Finish!
- Transition! Be sure to react/adjust between defence & attack
Progressions:
P - Defending player can now drop back out of middle zone to help defender & create 2v2
P - Attacking team can now penertrate middle zone with a dribble into Attacking half to create 3v1(2)

- 2 x "End Zones" set up as shown (roughly 10 x 50)
- 4 Mini Goals set up as shown (2 at either endline)
- 10 Players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders & 2 Neutrals)
- 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- Two teams play keep away possession insie middle zone.
- Attacking team must aim to connect 4 passes before playing through pass for team mate to run on to into "End Zone". Cann Attack either way (both directions).
- Defending team cannot send any players into "End Zone".
- As Attacker/Ball enters "End Zone" Neutral Player on that side runs in to try & intercept & win ball. If successful they play into Defending team in middle zone. Attacker would return.
- If ball leaves play before 4 passes coach plays in next ball for quick restarts
- After set time rotate the Neutral Players.

P - Defending tea can now send trailing/recovering defender into "End Zones"
P - Attacker takes place of Neutral Player if they don't score - Got to switch Pinnies quick as your team are playing a man down!!
P - Attacking team can now dribble as well as pass into End Zone after connecting 4 passes

Warm Up I
Organization:
- 15x15 area (x4) set up as shown

Instructions:
- Teams are split into two groups playing 5v2 keep away. Each group rotates through four different keep away games. Rules & Scenarios as follows:
- (A) Attackers must make 4 passes before dribbling ball through any corner goal (poles)
- (B) Attackers must make a pass through gates (cones) to team mate to score
- (C) Attackers get 1 point for every 4 passes connected
- (D) Attackers aim to pass the ball into tall target cones to knock them over
- If Defenders win the ball they aim to stop the ball on any outside line & leave ball for attackers.
- Teams play for 2mins. After time is up switch defenders.
- After all players have been defenders group moves to next keep away game (clockwise)
