Description
Expansion of the previous activity to make a 3v2 situation
Start with keeping pitch dimensions the same, but change if needed
Defenders start at the back of their grid

Description
4v2 or 4v3 depending on numbers: start with two seperate grids work on completing as many passes as possible, rotate teh defenders every minute or if they win the ball three times
Develop this activity into having goals and directional play: When the keepers join the activity
Technical
Progress the activity to allow defenders the chance to combine and pass the ball out through the goals

Gauntlet 1v1 & 2v1 (20 mins)
Description
As part of the warm up players can run the gauntlet and dribble through each zone trying to beat the defender. This can be an extension of the warm up. Attackers try to beat the defender and progress to the next square to beat the next defender
As it develops add a 2nd player in to create defending out numbered.
Technical
Delay and win the ball for the defender, show the attacker in one direction.
When the 2nd attacker is introduced again work with the defender to show the attacker away from goal, and support

Keep players moving in one direction, Isolate

Speed, strength, power to win the ball

Should be afun activity. Encourage the ball carriers to be creative and take some risk!
