To Start, players must stay inside their own posistion areas when passing & receiving
- Communication
- Receive on back foot to play in a diffrent direction
#1 Players must dribble into a new posistion afer receiving the ball before they pass
#2 Players must follow there pass into the new posistion area
#3 Players can rotate posistions but there must be at least one player in each possistion at all times.
#4 Add in defenders to make players make faster decisions

Warm Up
The pitch is split into diffrent areas representing the posistions on the pitch. Players will have a ball each and the coach will call out a posistion & players will dribble into that posistion.
The coach will explain the role and responabilty of each posistion and make sure players have an understanding of each posistion.
