Organization

- 4 teams of 3 players
Instructions
- 1: On coaches command run in and out of the cones in front of your team.
- 2: Collect a ball from the center of the field by pulling the ball back with you feet.
- 3: Dribble the ball back through the cones towards your team.
- 4: Make a short pass to the next player to continue the game.
Coaching Points
- Use both feet.
- Eyes up.
- Aware of space.
- Aware of players around them.
- Use laces, inside, outside and sole of the foot to move the ball around.
- Close control.
- Bend knees and stay low for quick acceleration.
- Communication

- Use left or right foot only.
- Team with the most soccer balls wins.

Organization
- 40x35 yards.
- 4 teams of 3 players.
Instructions
- 1: Run in and out of the cones towards the center of the field.
- 2: Collect a soccer ball from the center of the field.
- 3: Dribble and shoot in the goal to the right of your team (each team has a colored cone behind their goal) e.g the yellow team will score in the goal with the yellow cone behind.
- 4: Run back to your team and tag the next player to continue the game. The ball must stay in the goal before tagging the next player. (Can use bibs/pinnies for players to hand to the next player)

- Aware of players around them.
- Use laces, inside, outside and sole of the foot to move the ball around.

- Spped and accuracy of pass or shot.

Progressions
- When all the soccer balls have gone from the middle, players are allowed to retrieve a ball from another goal (one player from each team and only one ball allowed at one time)
The game is continuous and becomes competitive for all ages.

- 6 v 6 end zone game.
Instructions
- 6 v 6 game with end zones.
- To score, players have to dribble into the end zone which they are attacking and stop the ball.
- The game restarts inside the end zone by the defending team after each goal.

- Creat space.
- Movement when not in possession.
- Communication.
- Aware of pressure and space.
Progressions
- When a goal is scored, the same team then attacks the opposite end zone.

Area: 35x30 yards
- One ball per player
- Each player dribbles their ball anywhere inside the area.
- Move around the area keeping away from other players and the tall cones.
Instructions
On coaches comand
- Switch balls with another player.
- Use left foot only for 30 seconds.
- Use right foot only for 30 seconds.
- Count how many touches with left foot in 30 seconds.
- Count how many touches with right foot in 30 seconds.
After stopping the ball with their foot, the coach will call out a body part. Players are to put the part of their body on top of the ball that the coach calls out.
