Set Up: Use full pitch with halfway line with 2 small target goals out wide, 2v2 in attacking zone, 4v2 defensive half. Attacking team look to complete set number of passes in defensive zone before players either pass or dribble into attacking zone, 2 players can go into this zone to create another 4v2 & attempt to score quickly. If defenders win the ball they can score in either 2 small goals or large goal in defensive zone.Key Points:
Movement to open up area & create passing angles, speed of play to complete passes, decision making on how to progress into attacking zone & what players go, create & use the overloads for shooting opportunities quickly. Defensive transition on winning ball.
