Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Team work

Split the pitch up to 3 boxes A,B and C

6 players in each

middle team split into 2 groups 

one group will go and press in box A the other in box C

If the ball isnt in the box they are pressing in the must stay in box b and try to intercept the pass

red team must make 10 passes then try and transfer the ball to the blue team 

if the yellow team win the ball back blues and reds must win it back within 5 seconds 

Challenges 

can they look to play throught around and over to break the lines and transfer the ball 

Targets 

can the reds and yellows make 10 passes before they can transfer the ball

can we press as a team and win the ball back before 10 passes are made 

if we loose the ball can we win it back in 5 seconds 

conditions 

can we look to do it maxima 2 touch 

can we look to for a split pass to transfer the ball
