Organizational / Instructions- 6v6 with 2 wide target men at each corner, you need to hit one then he passes/crosses to a different person in the same team as the passer to score with a first time shot or header . Start with a normal game but when one team scores the other team immediently collect a ball from the side and counter attack up the other side and then if they score, the other team counter them. After you score, swap with one of the target men in the box
Coaching Points- High intensity, lots of effort, head up look for link up passes on the break or just drive into space.
Adaptations- add in a goalkeeper, touch limit, 1 touch, 2 touch etc.

Organizational / Instructions- Conditioned game 2 touch, can only score from a 1 touch finish
Coaching Points- keep head up, look to get on the ball, move the ball fast, good first touch, accurate finish
Adaptations- ball needs to go out wide then into the box for a first time finish

Organizational / Instructions- 6 Balls Spread Out, everyone walking/ light jogging to each ball, doing a stretch thats called out at each ball to lower the heart rate and loosen the muscles
Coaching Points - moving slowly, get your breath back, take your time so we can lower the heart rate

Organizational / Instructions- Everyone in one half, 5 balls between the group, pass and move
Coaching Points - Stay on the move, keep on your toes, keep your head up ready to receive the ball, receive ball on your back foot, head up and look for a pass once you receive the ball, dont be on the ball for longer than 4 seconds
Adaptations- add in opposition, weak foot only, 2 touches only
