Conditioned Game:
5v5 + 2 into 2 x T. Each team has 5 players + 2 x support (#4, #5). Red aim to play into 2 x T who then pass into blue team.
Time: 3m30s with 30s rest x 6 = 24m total
Principles:
- Can we penetrate vertically? Unbalanced opposition
- Do we need to play horizontally (diagonal) to unbalance? How? Why?
- Look to create/offer 2v1 options on weak side zone
- Rotation of midfielders to create passing lanes
- Can we occupy/arrive on defeders blindside to receive on 1/2 turn?
- Visual cues for #2/#3 to move into midfield (wide or central - When? Why?)
- If player receives with back to goal + pressure - support underneath with 3rd player movement

Conditioned Game 2:
Bring in 'support' players #4 & #5 & add in large goal - 7v7
1) T always play back into red team (GK or def.)
2) T can play into blue (continuous)
Time: 30m total = 5m x 5 with 1m rest
Principles: All previous (emphasize occupying all available space + attack/dribble forward if opposition unbalanced or look to move the ball to move the opposition/unbalance)

SSG (20 mins)
Technical/SSG:
3v3 + 4: Each team has a #6, #8 & #10 in midfield with supporting #4 & #5 underneath & 4 x wide players.
Aim is to get the ball to opposite T who can restart game for blue (continuous)
Time: 20m total = 2m15 with 15s rest/changeover x 10
Principles:
- Can we pass or dribble forward - Defense unorganized
- Look to change angle to unbalance/disorganize the opposition
- Triangulation between #6, #8 & #10 - look to play on different lines vertically & horizontally
- Recognize space (scanning, head checks) or create space (movement) to receive forward (positioning & technical execution)
