4v4 in the middle
4 end sone neutral players (Variation: can be turned into directional targets)
Neutrals can play back and forth to each other, but cannot play into the grid with a pass. MUST dribble into the space before playing a pass.
Points earned for going one end to the other consecutively
Variation: Defenders can earn an additional point if they take the ball from the neutrals
Focus on:
Knowing where pressure is and how high it is
Knowing and moving ball into space immediately
Players off the ball stepping back to give space, but also providing progression option in highest passing line that can beat an opponent

7v7 (or 9v9) in 3 1/3s
Variations:
Defenders have to stay in their designated 1/3s
Defenders can move up or down one 1/3
Attackers can move into any zone
Attackers can move up or down one 1/3
Attackers can move up only when passing or dribbling into adjacent zone
Focus on:
Taking space to attract defenders and open space in other areas
Positioning off the ball at highest passing line to break lines when player with the ball has space and time
Moving in to the supporting help space when pressure on ball increases
Defending team focuses on slowing progression down to help get pressure around the ball and force attackers back- Immediate pressure with cover closing space and forcing to the outside.

2v2 in the middle
IP team plays forward to player on the outside of the grid. Player who passes it changes position with that player. Player receiving it MUST dribble in before playing a pass.
1 pass must be made to inside the grid before playing the opposite side (Variation: remove this restriction)
If defending team wins the ball they play to their player on the side of the grid.
Focus on:
Positive and moving touch into space from outside in
Attracting pressure and then playing to teammate when open in support
Protecting the ball when in 1v1 moments
Movement off the ball to unmark in help space or to progress
