Three teams of 5 (can do with 4)
Players work in pairs with one player resting.
Rotate after mistake and player chases a ball to replace or Rotate after certain time.
Teams will stay as defending unit for 90 seconds to 120 seconds and attempt to deny spaces to play between, behind, etc...
Take out the cones that separate the two grids and play 4v4v4 with a bit more covering and shape connections. You can expand the middle space a bit more to have depth as well as sliding/connecting.
Players should think about how they move, when they move, where they add coverage, and what they are defending
Defend the Space Behind,
Ball connected to something behind (players, goals, space, etc)
Shifting, connecting, communicating as a unit
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Space of 25-30 wide by 30-40 Long
Players in teams (3 lines) opposite each other
Players work in 3s to press, cover, protect space behind
When a team "scores" and playes the ball into the oppsoing team lines, they can press, cover, or whatever the moment calls for defensively. (Organize quickly and communicate decisions as a group)
When a team gets "scored-on" the players step off and new players enter ASAP with the ball that was played into them.
If the ball goes out then the team to get possession turns and gets a ball from their own lines to try and score into lines behind.

Play one group to Large goal and one group to small sided goals. Rotate after 6-8 Minutes.
Use Principles of Defense to press, drop, hold, shift, slide, and organize when not in possession.
Play focused and committed, attacking soccer, the better we attack, the more we can correct defensive shape/pressure. (Front to back).
