2-shot w/ Baseline

Player A passes the ball to player B. Once the pass is completed Player A grabs another ball and VDrags around cones and shoots on net. Meanwhile, player B is carrying ball towards cones, once approaching the cones, Player B lifts the ball over.

After Player A shoots, they will lead for Player B and receive another shot.

Focus on timing for the drill. Player B focuses on passing the ball back 90 degrees. Player A focuses on getting off quick shots.

Give+Go + Lay-off

Player at Cone A passes to a player at cone B who give the ball back to A and arcs infield. Player at cone A gives it to cone C to lays it off to player B.

Do this on both sides at the same time (alternating if goalie)

CP: Time your leads, run accordingly, time to get the ball at the edge of the D for a quick shot. Hard sharp passes from players at cones A and C

Note: If skill level is high enough, lay-off from C to B can be one-touch.

Player A starts the drill with a hard sweep to Player B

Player B plays a give and go with Player C, then plays a longer pass to Player D

Player C runs around the blue cone and towards the circle on the outside

Player D passes the ball in front of Player C for them to run onto.

Player C eliminates a set of cones along the baseline then plays the ball backwards towards the penalty spot.

Player E leads from the back post to the penalty spot and shoots with a one-time sweep hit, aiming into the roof of the net if no goalie.

Rotation is A-B-D-C-E-A
