Session 2 (20 mins)
Split into 2 teams of 8. One with a goal keeper the other without. Ball is played out from the back. Blue team try to win the ball and score in the large goal. Red team try to play out from the back and score in either one of the mini goals - let them play
Give individual players coaching points. For examples 1. The blue striker has to try and stop a pass to the central midfield player. 2. Blue midfielders have to try and cut out a forward pass
Coaching points - when they press, ask why - introduce the concept of triggers to help their decission making - question: why did you press? How was your body shape? Why was it like that? Did you see a trigger
