Screen 2 (5 mins)
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- Red middle cones taken away
- Use marked area for a game of possession
- If ball goes out of play coach will randomly feed new ball in
- Make area bigger if struggling
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- 5 passes gets a goal
- Encourage pass and move to create space
- focus on mecanics of passing

- Goals added
- cones kept in place and now used as zones. You can only shoot once ball has been passed into zone near goal to encourage passing
- Goal keepers added
- Remove zones after 5 minutes
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- Only shoot once in zone
- If ball goes out of play pass in not throw
- Ball goes out either goal end, no corners just start play from the keeper
