Individual
Scan - see the ball, see your unit, and see the danger,
Move- adjust footwork & body shape in relation to the ball and attacker
Dictate- Deny, Delay, Deflect, Force the attacker where you want to go
Defend - win the ball cleanly or force the opposition to make a mistake
Team
Nearest players apply quick pressure on the ball. Stop the ball from progressing
Find the mark - pick up a good position in relation to your mark and the ball
change the mark - apply quick pressure on the ball carrier while cutting out the direct pass to your mark
