  • Reds are set in 4-3, while blues are set in 1-2-3-1. Black players are common players
  • Coach works mainly with reds and encourages preventing penetration through white line and end zone
  • Play starts from GK/ST

1. N passes-> blue penentrate w pass or CM dribbles; free play-> anyone can dribble in end zone

 2. When ball is scored in an end zone, work the ball the opposite way with FB can progress the ball
