Playing wide (20 mins)
Organization:
-two teams in two grids each 10'x15'
-one ball
-Two goals on each side
Instructions:
-Must pass ball around your area, find an opening and play ball other side
-three touch limit per player
-Must make three passes, get ball across for a point, Other team sends one defender across to stop passes
-If defender can steal ball and core in goal they get a point
Coaching Points:
-Move ball around till opening happens, play quickly

-number of passes or number of touches

Organization:
-20'x25
-3 teams, one team on sidelines
Instructions:
-You cannont score in goal until you play ball to team on outside
-play for 3-5 minutes then switch teams
