Organization: Add a zone behind defending team, so attacking team can dribble to.
Instructions: Offensive players attack and get one point for getting to the back of the zone. They get an extra point for each time they can change direction and perform a move.
If Defender wins the ball, they shoot (clear the ball) into the small goal.
Coaching Points/Questions: How can you bait the defender? Where can you go? What move can you do to change directions?
Regressions/Progressions: limit the surface of feet that can be used.

Organization: set up 1 v 1's.
Instructions: play for a minute and half. who ever wins moves to the left the loser moves to the right.
Coaching Points/Questions: How can you unbalance the defender with dribbling moves? What moves can you use to create space? Coaching point - attack front foot, and try as many moves as possible.

Warm-up (10 mins)
Organization: As shown. 20 x 20 two different color cones in zig zag. Two lines of players, starting from diffent ends.
Instructions: Blue team dribbles to yellow cones. Red dribbles to red cones. With each touch, keeping the ball close to your body. Make a move or combine moves from cone to cone. Don't bump into another player.
Coaching Points/Questions: Keep the ball close to your body. Bring your head up to see other players. Be creative.
Regressions/Progressions: add moves and combinations. ex., maradona on one cone and r7 chop on the next. etc.
