2. Players must move from lily pad to lily pad hopping like a frog, then skipping like lizards, sprinting with fins like fish, flying like a humming birds. (All done with out a ball)

Organization:
20 x 20 yd area with a circle of cones in the center
Lots of balls in the middle
Instructions:
All the little froggies (the balls) are trying to escape from the pond (central area) out into the wild (the main area) - they heard sooo much about the movies, Chuck e Cheese, the beach and etc. that they want to see it too. These little froggies are too small to go out in the wild by themselves so the Frog Catchers (the players) need to chase after the little froggies and bring them back to the pond before they get lost or dried up in the sun! Now be careful because these frogs are clever and are able to jump high (coach bounces the ball) and move really fast (coach rolls the ball).
Coaching Points:
- Run fast to catch the little froggies
- Catch the frog before it stops jumping
- Make sure you keep your eye on the frog so it doesn't go away
Progressions:
Frogs get faster and jump higher.
Players must move like frogs now to get them back (hopping & jumping) and make sounds like frogs so that the little froggies don't get scared and know they are going home.
Players must bring the ball back only using their feet - stop right before the pond and gently push them into the pond so they glide back in.
