Organization:
Channels of 30Lx15W
Players divided into 2 teams per grid + Neutrals. 4 players made a team.
Possession game. 7 consecutive passes is a goal.
Players are restricted by the lines set up in the grid
Each group of players with at least one ball.
Instructions:
The purpose of the game is for one team to posses the ball while the other is defending.
Three simultaneous games are played. All are 3mins long. Winner moves up a division. Losser moves down one division. Neutrals stay.
In case of a tie, the team that had came up, wins.
Coaching Points:
1. Receive with furthest foot
2. Pass with inside of other foot.
3. Pass and move
4. Pass the ball with information
5. Create a triangle shape to posses. Look for cues to switch and penetrate.

Organization:
Attacking team: 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 7 and 11
Defensive team: 7, 11, 8, 6, 5, 4.
Attacking team has one more player -the GK.
Ball always starts with a goal kick or a distribution from the goal keeper.
After every reset, the attacking and defensive players go to theor starting spot as showsn in the figure.
Instructions:
The white team has to attack by building up.
The blue team has to prevent the build up. If they steal the ball, they have to attack the GK goal.
The play becomes live once the first CB touches the ball.
The white team scores by penetrating the half line (through passing or dribbling).
Coaching Points:
Weight of the pass from the GK. Positioning of the ball in the small box.
Signaling that we are going out short or long
Movement of dismark from the 6 and 8.
Play back to GK.
Fail escenarios.
Progressions:
Alternate long and short goal kicks. Correct positioning of team pinched in.
Add 2 and 3 and players to defend them.
Take out restriction of movement from players after the CB touches the ball.

Organization:
Positional roles in an 11 v11 environment, playing from 18y to 18y box.
The ball never stops. When it goes out, another one is given to the team that has to have it in the restart.
Another team of 11 waiting outside. Winner stays on. Newcomer wins in case of a tie. 6min games.

3. Another set of color balls are intoduced. This we pass, dribble and move with. These cannot get out of the circle.

Progression:
All balls on the ground
