Set UP: using 30x30 yard grid split into channels having the middle channel being slightly bigger.
Game: Stop the split. Defending team in yellow working as a unit to deny any penetrating passes. numbers 2-3-6 are press and balance #'s 4-5 cover. Focus on denying passes that split our lines

Set UP: 7 v 4 inside line of Confrontation plus extra players out side of line. For this purpose our Line of confrontation is when the other team is advancing up the field and in posession so the line is deeper.
Game: Ball starts outside of confrontation line, Defending team tries to deny any passes in by using PCB and closing passing lanes. Once ball is played in, Defenders must win ball back as quickly as possible.

Game: 90second games players are trying to grab as many bids as possible. If you grab a bib you must keep it. player with most Bibs at end wins.
Vatiations: Ultimate Champion Knock out style: Once bib is taken you are off, collect all bibs from playrs whos bib you pull out. ie player 1 has his tail in plus 3, if player two steals his bib he collects the extra 3.
