3 TEAMS OF FOUR WITH FOUR CROSSERS AND TWO GOALKEEPERS

Play starts with Red team taking a cross from player 1 and attempting to score. White team defends

Then Player 2 crosses and the red team attempts to score and the White team defends

Then white team moves down to the other side and attacks against the Black team

Player 3 serves to the four white players attacking the goal with the Black team defending

Then Player 4  serves to the four white players attacking the goal with the Black team defending

Black team then moves to the other side to attack the goal with the Red team defending

Cross comes from Player 1 first then from Player 2
