Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Developing Coordination Through Chaos

Description

-Players work in groups of 8 ormore, with at least two players on each cone in the square.

-One side of players having the ballat their feet, the other side with a ball in their hands.

-Players move towards the oppositediagonal corner, and must pass the ball, through either a ground pass or usingthrow-in technique, to the player coming towards them.

-Upon receipt, continue to theopposite corner, before laying the ball for the next person.

Progression

-Players transfer the ball to theopposite of what they were doing. If the ball is in the hands, use throw intechnique to play ball to feet. If ball at feet, flick it up to the hands.
